Piling on the Pasta

Note: This post already sounds way more starchy than it should. I don't want to get fat. I want to gain a bit of muscle.

I want to gain 10 kg in 30 days. 

Now, why would a sane man want to do this? Two reasons:

  1. I've irrationally set it as a goal, so I gotta stick to it.
  2. I'm tired of my barely-post-pubescent body - I'm in no way sick of it, I just think it's time for a change. Think of it as getting a new hairdo. But more sweaty and sexy manly.

 

"What will you do to achieve it?", I hear you ask. Glad you asked!
I will basically do what he's done:
Tim Ferriss: From Geek to Freak: How I Gained 34 lbs. of Muscle in 4 Weeks

The only difference is, Tim Ferriss seems to know what he's talking about and I clearly don't. How will I make up for my lack of athletic experience and knowledge (and flair, I suppose)? I'll make up for it with a graph:
